FUS offers many excellent services to the visitors of the two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah who can choose one of the different available packages. These packages include providing the following basic services:

• Coordinate all the required arrangements to process the visitors' visa.
• Receive all visitors as soon as they arrive to Saudi Arabia.
• Provide transportation from the place of the arrival to the place of the visitors' residence.
• Avail a trained team to assist the visitors, and ease their journey.
• Distribute all the necessary guidance materials to the visitors such as Islamic booklets, maps, leisure and business publications.
• Offer reliable transportation.
• Provide light refreshments during transportation between cities.
• Avail Emergency services, if needed.
• Provide transportation to the airport for departure.
